I have just picked my car up from Eurocarcare after using them for the first time. They have been brilliant, after having various warning lights coming up for months and not being able to get it sorted, its all back working at last. I've been using this garage for over 6 years now, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. What really sets them apart is their honesty and transparency. On the rare occasion when they weren’t 100% certain about the root cause of a fault … More straight away (as it was a car they do not specialise in), they’ve always been upfront about it rather than guessing or pushing unnecessary repairs. Cant fault them, went in for a chat about issue with my Citroen Van. Gav went through possible scenarios following diagnostics. Explained in plain language and possible costs, when it went in they kept me informed and fixed the issue. Went … More out of their way to not to try not to have to put on an very expensive new part by fixing the existing one. I suspect most non-Citroen garages would have just said it need the new part but these guys know their stuff. Will be back with my other vans.
